It was reported that the typhoid fever outbreak in laguna was already declared as calamity state. Many family residing in the said place suffer from this illness and in most cases children are the most said number who have acquired this. This is very alarming. There are also persons who died and was diagnose that typhoid was the cause of their death. Hospitals around laguna were already over crowded and some patients have to stay in tents just to have a treatment. For this 2008 this is one of the obstacles we have to take. That's why we should always take care to prevent this typhoid fever outbreak to even spread out across our country.

My most challenging job
After college Iwas so excited to find my own job. It's the moment that I most waited for. At last I can be independent and I can supply myself with everything I need, evertything I need plus the chance to help my parents in return of their sacrifices and support they have given me. It was fun working but after 1 year of working I became pregnant. I admit that at first it was an unwanted pregnancy but after giving birth to a cute little boy all of the feeling of bitterness was washed out. Now I believe that every baby is a gift from heaven. Having him was one of the most wonderful moment of my life for me there is no other challenging job than being a mother. I really enjoy it as I watch him slowly growing up.

Hair: Every Woman's Crowning Glory
By: fris arbes
Hair is often referred to as a woman's crowning glory. Aside from a woman's face, her hair is the most visible part of her body. No wonder, most women make such a big fuss over their hair. While going completely bald is already socially accepted even among women, there was once a time when women had to grow long hair. Almost like their very own “pet,” women take care of their hair with great care. They spend enormous amounts of money and time just to retain the smoothness and shine of their hair, which can be straight, wavy, long, or short. As part of the hair care regimen, most women place considerable attention to choosing their shampoo and conditioner. There are now different shampoo formulas and conditioners for all hair types. There are products that were specifically prepared for oily hair, dry hair, damaged hair, and normal hair. There are also anti-dandruff shampoos, baby shampoos, and a host of other hair products that are used to moisturize, smoothen, and strengthen hair.Surely, there is more to hair that just the shiny images that we see in t.v. commercials. Hair is defined as a filamentous outgrowth of protein. The hair follicles grow out from the epidermis but the roots are planted deep in the dermis. Hair comes in different colors, contour, and diameter. In society, hair is very important because it somehow denotes a person's health, age, virility, and social status. Throughout the ages, it has played an important role in the lives of people --- from the lowly peasant, to the middle class, to the men and women of royalty. During the pre-modern era, each social class had its own particular hairstyle. One's hairstyle can lead to rejection or acceptance in certain groups or social classes. It can enhance a person's appearance, self-confidence, and even contribute to career advancement.Given the weight of importance on hair, many people have developed a fear of losing hair. Unfortunately, losing hair is but a natural human process much like the falling of tree leaves. Hair loss that involves the shedding of at least 100 strands a day may be considered a serious hair problem. Losing about 50 hair strands a day, however, is quite normal. Thinning of hair may lead a patch or bald spot on the scalp. Normal hair grows in cycles and consists of three stages: growing, resting, and falling. Hair loss, as a physical problem, has three general types, as indicated below,l Alopecia Areata – This refers to a loss of hair that results in a patch or bald spot. l Androgenetic Alopecia – It is the most common cause of hair loss in both men and women. It is caused by a combination of four factors: age, testosterone, hormone levels, and heredity.l Chronic Illness – Iron deficiencies, thyroid diseases, connective tissue disease, and syphilis may cause hair loss.l Telogen Effluvium – This type of hair loss is caused by high fever, crash dieting, acute illness including physical and emotional stress.l Scalp Diseases – Fungal and bacterial infections also cause hair loss.l Drugs – Certain anti-cancer and anti-coagulant drugs can also cause hair loss.l Excessive hairstyling – Hairstyling like the pony tail or braiding can stretch the hair and pull them out from the follicles.Loss of hair should not be seen as simply an aesthetic issue. It could be the sign of a more serious illness. It is wise to consult a doctor if you experience any of the following symptoms:l You are already losing hair rapidly even if you are only in your early twenties or in your teenage years.l You are experiencing pain or intense itching.l The skin on your scalp appears to be red or scaly.l You are experiencing weight gain, fatigue, and intolerance for cold temperature. The good news is that there are several hair loss treatments available in the market. The key is to try to control your stress and anxiety over your hair loss. With the variety of hair loss treatments and hair care products, no one should feel down about losing the “crowning glory.”

Why we need to use an eye cream
Our eyes is said to be the windows of our souls. It's just right to make it look good all the time. It also deserve a special treatment for it to stay looking young and looking good. I've learned that the Skin beneath the eyes lacks a fatty layer and has fewer oil glands and support than in the rest of the face that's why it really needs much of our attention. To do this we should start by applying eye creams. Eye creams contain ingredients specifically formulated to treat the delicate skin around the eyes and can be a worthwhile investment.

My favorite at home exercise
![]()
When I feel like working out at home my favorite exercise is dancing. It's the best form of exercise ever without leaving your house. I just listen to my favorite music and just go mad all around your room. Oh, and also you might want to clean up your area, because you'll bump into stuff otherwise. Remember to have fun, feel free and express yourself, which is what dancing is all about. You may not have the best spins or neatest twirls, but as long as you feel the rhythm, you're a good dancer.

Wanting To Be A Stay At Home Mom
by: Heather Todd
It had been a long time dream and goal of mine to find something to do form
the comfort of my home. Not only because I wanted to stay home with my son,
rather than put him in daycare, but because I wanted to take some of the
stress, pain, over worked strain off of my husband as well.
He goes to work every day, busting his butt just so I don't have to go to
work and I can stay home with our son. That is what he wants, and I as well,
but it can put a lot of strain on a family, financially. it is hard to live
off of one persons income in this day and age, I am sure most of you can
relate.
I simply wanted to take the strain and work load away from my husband, so he
didn't have to continue over working himself and feeling pain everyday. I
wanted to also prove to him that I could indeed make money online to support
us both and our son. Plus have extra money to enjoy life with.
Well, I have searched and searched day in an day out for something that would
work, and not rip me off or scam me etc. I have tried a lot of work from home
things, and scams etc, there are a lot of people out there just after your
money and nothing else. They take it and run... it is a sad thing to see, it
truly is. I know first hand because I have been scammed, ripped off and
taken, many times.... thinking that this was the one and that, that was the
one, etc. I told my self over and over again, that I wasn't gonna give up,
that someday I was gonna not only prove it to myself, but also to my husband
that I could indeed make money online and by staying home with my son. I was
gonna find a legit, trust worthy company and or biz opportunity that was
worth the investment and had training and help available when ever it was
needed.
Well, the day finally came. I came across this biz opportunity called EDC
Gold.
Yes, you heard me right... EDC Gold. ( http://thisway2fastcash.com/ ) Now I
know everyone has there own opinion of biz opportunities etc, but this one is
the king of the crop, they are there for you and help you. The training is
remarkable, and the different levels of income that is available are just as
amazing. The different levels are great because it gives everyone a chance to
get in and get involved. There is no excuse as to why you can't give it a try
with the different pay levels offered.
You can even join for free to check it out first hand, and see what all they
have.
There is training calls several times in a week, and support is available
everyday!
You can even call the owners, how often do you see that happen, where you can
call the owners and talk with them directly? Now very, considering, most
people just hide behind their email addresses and never talk to you directly.
So, with that said, please go and see what it is all about and get more info
on the business opportunity to see if it is something that you wanna do.

How to prevent stretch marks
1. Always stay very well hydrated and include essential fatty acids, like avocado,it will help maintain your skin’s elasticity. You should also avoid the sun - it will darken your stretch lines and make them much more visible.
2. Massage your vulnerable areas (tummy, outer thighs and breasts) with a restorative, elastin-promoting cream. ex Cocoa butter, Shae Butter

9 Secrets to Pampering Yourself in a Pinch
There are women all over this country who feel like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way of life. While their reasons are many, the answers are all the same, “There’s just not enough time in the day for me.” Without adding that 25th (or even 26th or 27th) hour to your day, there are little things you can do to incorporate the four R’s (we’ll get to these later) of pampering into your daily routine. Remember when you had all day to and for yourself? You’d sit and perhaps do your hair or nails for hours. Boy were those the days. That was then though and this is now. Whether it’s your career, children, or other priorities, taking time out for you is more essential than what you think. When you feel good, you have the ability to make those around you feel good. If you feel dreadful and unoptimistic about yourself, those around you will of course pick up on this. For example, have you ever noticed the mom at the supermarket who seems frazzled that all three of her children just happen to be misbehaving at the same time? This is usually because they’ve picked up on her stress and went with it. One is crying in the front of the cart and two are at the end of the aisle fighting while the mom is all but losing it trying to find her credit card or checkbook to pay for her groceries and hightail it out of there. Feeling good and feeling good about yourself definitely has its benefits. To you, and those around you. For some reason, thinking about pampering yourself in this light helps us to place a priority on it. If we feel it will help us take care of our family better, do our jobs better, or be a better person, we’re all for it. Taking time out to relax, refresh, renew, and revitalize doesn’t have to mean three hours a day for complete alone time. Here are ten little ways in which you can incorporate them into your daily life:
1. While running errands, or doing yard work, play a relaxing CD rather than an upbeat one. This will not only soothe your mind, but your soul as well. (This trick works will young children and falling asleep or calming down in the vehicle as well.)
2. While the children are napping or getting ready to come home from school, grab a quick face mask, apply, and then lay back in silence for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off the mask, and get ready for a great second-half of the day.
3. Have a home office? A plug-in scent diffuser with essential oils will help with little whiffs of pleasantness throughout the day. Do a little research on which oils appeal to you and you are on your way. If plug-ins aren’t your thing, all-natural candles and scents may be just way you need. 4. After the children are in bed, hubby is busy or not home for the evening, seize this opportunity for all its worth. Grab a relaxing CD, some candles, and go draw a nice warm bath. Soak for at least 15-30 minutes in the dark. Afterward, you’ll still have time for sugar scrubs or any other products you rarely get to use.
5. Warm up a spa neck pillow and watch some TV while your senses unwind.
6. Keep your favorite sugar scrub next to your hand soap and give yourself a mini-manicure. This literally takes less than thirty seconds and gives your hands the go signal for the rest of the day.
7. When stressed to the max, secure yourself a ME time block. This can be day or night, weekend or weekday. No one is going to regret that you need a break. Personal coaches that cost thousands of dollars to obtain, place this first on their list of things to do for their clients. You are getting the information for free. Save the money and purchase some new pampering goodies.
8. Drink lots of water and walk. Water helps flush your system of impurities and walking helps keep your physically and mentally refreshed. Offer to walk the dog from now on or if you are already the family dog-walker, make it a point to think about all the things in your life that make you happy or you are blessed with. Make your walks positive with a rule of no negative thoughts.
9. Quick showers are great refreshers, but what if you life depends on how quickly you can get in and out? Sugar scrubs are a great 30-second revitalizer. Apply all over after washing and just allow shower to rinse it away. The shine and softness will last all day long and you’ll feel and smell great. Pampering your body and soul are self-created. No one can do this for you. However, the benefits are multiple and you deserve it.
