How to prevent stretch marks

1. Always stay very well hydrated and include essential fatty acids, like avocado,it will help maintain your skin’s elasticity. You should also avoid the sun - it will darken your stretch lines and make them much more visible.

2. Massage your vulnerable areas (tummy, outer thighs and breasts) with a restorative, elastin-promoting cream. ex Cocoa butter, Shae Butter
