Getting into a relationship means risking your heart into getting hurt. Some relationships last while others ends up real fast that's why you should always be prepared to things like this. Base from my pat experience moving on with past relationship is a process and nobosy else can help you but yourself. Here are some things to do if you are broken hearted and want to move on with your past relationship.
1. Forgive and Forget - This is a very important factor that you should remember if you really want to move on with your new life. You whould be able to remove the bitterness in your heart and start living a brand new happy life.
2. Love yourself - pamper yourself with the things you love. This can help you forget more easily.
3. Learn to appreciate - Look around you. The world is a wondeful place to live and it is a blessing to be able to live. Appreciate the things you have.
4. Open your self to others - Start making new friends the one who hurt you is not the last person on earth.
